Unauthenticated process crash via unchecked object count

Out-of-bounds read in MZ Automation lib60870 2.4.0 allows remote attackers to crash an IEC 104 process via a crafted information frame. InformationObject_ParseObjectAddress lacks a message-size parameter and unconditionally reads three address bytes after an inflated VSQ object count advances the start index beyond the ASDU body. Network access to the integrating IEC 104 service is sufficient; no authentication or user interaction is required, and the read reaches one byte past the heap allocation.
