Internal request and secret disclosure via addon URLs

SSRF in Unleash before 7.5.2, 7.6.0 through 7.6.4, and 8.0.0 through 8.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services. Addon.fetchRetry sends operator-controlled webhook and integration URLs without blocking loopback, link-local, private, or metadata addresses, and forwards configured headers and event bodies. Root CREATE_ADDON or UPDATE_ADDON permission is required; successful requests can probe internal hosts, expose configured secrets, or submit feature-event data to internal services.
