Host-root escape via unchecked migration overrides

Authorization bypass in Linux Containers Incus before 7.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to escape a restricted project to host root. The instance migration handler copies attacker-controlled Config, Devices, and Profiles overrides into target instance data without rechecking project restrictions. Exploitation requires a multi-member cluster, an instance in a restricted project, and permission to trigger cross-member migration; successful use executes commands as host root.
