Code execution via Pages path traversal
Published Oct 14, 2026 · Updated Oct 14, 2026
File inclusion in YOURLS Pages before 1.10.5 allows remote attackers to execute existing PHP files via crafted request paths. yourls_get_request() passes traversal-bearing keywords through URL sanitizers that preserve dots and slashes, and the Pages handler uses them in file_exists() and include() paths under YOURLS_PAGEDIR. No credentials are required, but the request must reach the handler without traversal normalization and the target PHP file must already exist and be readable; execution runs in the web process.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
