Future content disclosure via stale public share

Incorrect authorization in File Browser before 2.63.17 allows remote authenticated users to expose future directory content through stale shares. The Bolt share backend queries stored paths with an unnormalized trailing-slash argument before trimming it, so the exact share path is not loaded for deletion. Share, download, and delete permissions are required; after the path is recreated, the old public URL discloses its new contents without authentication.
