Code execution via unescaped server URL

Code injection in Orval before 8.21.0 allows attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript via a crafted OpenAPI servers[0].url value. The packages/core/src/getters/route.ts getFullRoute function emits servers[0].url into a backtick-delimited request URL template literal without escaping backticks or ${ sequences, so spec data is reinterpreted as executable code instead of string data. Exposure requires output.baseUrl.getBaseUrlFromSpecification to be enabled and a client to be generated from an attacker-controlled or attacker-influenced OpenAPI description; execution then occurs in the developer workstation, CI job, test run, or application process that calls the generated request or URL-builder code.
