Code injection in Omnigent before 0.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on runner hosts through shared agents. The PUT /sessions/{session_id}/agent route accepts a replacement bundle for a bound shared or template agent when agent.session_id is null, despite checking only session-level edit permission. A user with session edit access can add a stdio MCP server; a later session using the poisoned agent launches its command with runner-process access to files, credentials, workspaces, internal services, and availability.
