CVE-2026-62658

High-privilege command execution via improper input validation

Published Jul 14, 2026 · Updated Jul 14, 2026

Command injection in NETGEAR RAX43, RAX45, RAX50, RAX54S, and RAX54Sv2 routers allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. NETGEAR attributes the flaw to improper input validation but does not identify the request handler, parameter, or command-construction operation. Exploitation requires a high-privilege account, an adjacent-network position, and additional attack conditions; successful exploitation permits unauthorized router changes.
