Authentication bypass in Oracle Reports Developer 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to take over the service through unauthenticated HTTP access. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Security and Authentication and has not disclosed the request-handling error or authentication operation that fails. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation grants control of the Reports Developer service and its data.
