Information disclosure in Oracle Reports Developer 12.2.1.19.0 allows remote attackers to read critical accessible data over TCP. Oracle identifies the Security and Authentication component but has not published the flawed request handling or code locus. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful access can expose all data available to the product without modifying it or interrupting service.
