Authentication bypass in Oracle Reports Developer 12.2.1.19.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify report-accessible data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Security and Authentication component but has not published the faulty request-handling operation. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful requests can disclose all accessible data and update, insert, or delete some data, with effects extending to other products.
