Security and Authentication flaw in Oracle Reports Developer 12.2.1.19.0 allows remote attackers to take over the product via UDP. Oracle has not published the faulty operation or affected request-processing locus within the Security and Authentication component. Network reachability over UDP is sufficient; no credentials or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants control over product data and operation.
