An undisclosed flaw in Oracle Partner Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to read or modify data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Internal Operations component and has not published the faulty operation or input. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated HTTP request and interaction by another person, and it exposes all accessible data while permitting some records to be inserted, updated, or deleted.
