Improper access control in Oracle Siebel CRM Administration 25.12 through 26.6 allows remote attackers to compromise the application via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected Data Archival component and an unauthenticated HTTP attack path, but the vulnerable endpoint, code path, and incorrect operation on untrusted input are not public. Exposure requires network reachability to the administration interface with no credentials or user interaction, and Oracle rates the result as complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
