Improper access control in Oracle Hyperion Infrastructure Technology 11.2.25.0.000 allows local users to read and modify critical data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Installation and Configuration component and has not disclosed the faulty operation or input path. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account with logon access to the host and grants access to all data available to the product, without an availability impact.
