Authenticated data disclosure and modification
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle OPM Regulatory Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read data. Oracle identifies only the Internal Operations component and has not disclosed the request handler, authorization check, or untrusted input involved. Low-privileged HTTP access is sufficient to read all accessible data and update, insert, or delete some data, with effects extending to other products.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
