Improper access control in Oracle Time and Labor 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter critical data. Oracle has not disclosed the affected Internal Operations locus or the incorrect authorization decision it makes on HTTP input. High-privilege credentials are required; successful requests can expose or modify all accessible Time and Labor data and partially interrupt service.
