Authenticated data disclosure and modification
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Contracts Integration 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Internal Operations and has not published the access-control operation that mishandles requests. Exploitation requires low privileges and high-complexity conditions; successful attacks expose a subset of data and permit some records to be inserted, updated, or deleted.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
