Takeover via undisclosed Common Events SQL flaw
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026
Undisclosed SQL flaw in Common Events in Oracle Hyperion Infrastructure Technology 11.2.25.0.000 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application. Oracle has identified the Common Events component and an SQL attack surface, but public records do not name the vulnerable statement, entry point, or the unsafe handling of attacker-controlled input. Reachability requires low-privileged network access to the SQL-facing path, and successful exploitation results in full confidentiality, integrity, and availability compromise of the Hyperion service.
