Undisclosed flaw in Oracle Public Sector Financials 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. The flaw resides in the Internal Operations component, but Oracle has not published the vulnerable request path or the operation performed on untrusted input.
