Oracle Shipping Execution in Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only that the issue is in the Internal Operations component and has not published the affected request, function, or unsafe operation on untrusted input, so the code-level mechanism remains undisclosed.
