Improper access control in Oracle Lease and Finance Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to alter lease data. Oracle has not disclosed the faulty Lease Authoring operation or the HTTP request parameters that bypass the intended access restriction. Low-privileged application access is required; successful exploitation permits limited reads, updates, inserts, or deletes and partially interrupts the service.
