Local critical HR data read and modification
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Data-integrity flaw in Oracle Human Resources 12.2.14 through 12.2.15 allows local users to read and alter critical HR data. Oracle identifies the Enterprise Command Center component but, consistent with its disclosure policy, has not published the faulty code path or input operation. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account and a local logon to the application infrastructure; it exposes or changes HR data without interrupting service.
