Access control failure in Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over Payroll via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected component only as Internal Operations and has not published the faulty endpoint or operation on untrusted input. Low-privileged application access and network reachability over HTTP are required; successful exploitation grants complete control of Payroll data and service functions.
