Unauthenticated data access and modification
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Siebel CRM Cloud Applications 22.3 through 26.6 allows remote attackers to compromise data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the underlying flaw, only that the issue is in the Siebel Cloud Manager component and is reachable without authentication over HTTP. Exposure is limited to deployments where that HTTP interface is reachable, and successful exploitation can read data, modify some data, and cause a partial service interrupt.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
