Unauthorized data access and modification
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 20, 2026
Improper access control in Siebel Cloud Manager in Oracle Siebel CRM Cloud Applications 22.3 through 26.6 lets adjacent attackers read and modify data. Oracle has not published the vulnerable endpoint, code path, or validation failure in Siebel Cloud Manager, and the public CVE materials do not disclose the underlying mechanism beyond adjacent-network exposure. Exploitation does not require authentication or user interaction, but it does require access to the physical communication segment attached to the affected host; successful attacks can expose and alter application data, with no published indication of availability impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.

Published CVSS scores
CVSS describes severity. EPSS estimates exploitation probability.
Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
