Cross-tenant node manipulation via CKS authorization failure

Improper access control in Apache CloudStack 4.21.0.0 through 4.22.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter another tenant's CKS nodes. The CKS plugin accepts node-addition and node-removal operations across tenant boundaries; Apache has not disclosed the affected API handler or failed authorization check. Exploitation requires an authenticated account and an enabled CKS plugin, and it can change cluster configuration or interrupt another tenant's Kubernetes capacity.
