Administrative token disclosure via query-string authentication

Sensitive query-string exposure in the Grav API plugin before 1.0.0-rc.16 allows remote attackers to obtain JWT access tokens from recorded URLs. JwtAuthenticator::extractBearerToken accepts the token query parameter on every API route, causing credentials to enter access logs, Referer headers, browser history, and intermediary logs. Access to any such URL record exposes the token, whose API permissions can include reading data, creating administrators, changing settings, and deleting pages.
