Unauthenticated code execution via unsafe class instantiation

Code injection in OpenAM 16.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted pre-authentication request. AuthXMLUtils.createCustomCallback reads className from a CustomCallback XML element, initializes and instantiates that class before verifying DSAMECallbackInterface. Default deployments expose /authservice without authentication, allowing arbitrary class initialization and unsafe Subject deserialization to compromise the server process.
