Service interrupt via empty track lookup

Denial of service in libheif before 1.23.1 allows attackers to crash applications via a crafted HEIF sequence file. heif_context_read_from_memory() can accept an msf1 sequence that leaves the context with no registered tracks, and HeifContext::get_track() then performs assert(has_sequence()) before its normal error return path. Calls through the documented heif_context_get_track(ctx, 0) API are sufficient; assert-enabled builds abort with SIGABRT, and release builds can dereference m_tracks.begin() on an empty map and crash.
