Unauthenticated server crash via compressed RPC packet

Out-of-bounds read in TDengine before 3.4.1.15 allows remote attackers to crash the database server via a compressed RPC packet. The transport-layer transDecompressMsg function reads STransCompMsg.contLen before confirming that the packet includes the eight-byte compression structure, then uses the value for allocation and LZ4 decompression. Any network-reachable attacker can trigger the pre-authentication path on TCP port 6030, repeatedly terminating taosd and interrupting all database operations.
