Application crash via wrapped tile range check

Out-of-bounds read in Struktur AG libheif 1.19.0 through 1.23.2 allows attackers to crash tile-decoding applications via a crafted HEIF file. In unc_decoder::get_compressed_image_data_uncompressed(), a 64-bit tile-offset addition wraps to zero, bypassing the bounds check before memcpy receives an invalid source pointer and a one-terabyte length. The crafted file must advertise a large uncompressed zlib tile grid, and the application must request a high-index advertised tile; merely opening the file or decoding only the whole image does not reach the demonstrated crash.
