Session theft via unescaped WAP consent values

Reflected XSS in OpenAM 13.0.0 through 16.1.1 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via a crafted OAuth2 authorization link. ConsentRequiredResource passes request-derived values to wap/authorize.ftl, which inserts them into the consent page without HTML escaping. A registered OAuth2 client and a victim with an active session who follows the link are required; execution can expose session cookies and CSRF tokens or perform actions with the victim's privileges.
