Authenticated record disclosure via missing source authorization
Published Sep 18, 2026 · Updated Sep 18, 2026
Authorization bypass in Hargata LubeLogger before 1.6.8 allows remote authenticated users to copy another user's vehicle records. The DuplicateRecordsToOtherVehicles endpoint fetches caller-selected recordIds but omits UserCanEditVehicle checks against each source record's VehicleId. Any authenticated account with edit access to a destination vehicle can obtain record contents and attachment paths and retain persistent copies.
