Improper authorization in Weblate before 2026.7 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted-component change history via nested APIs. Nested change endpoints bypass the shared permission-aware queryset used by direct component views, returning records for components hidden from the requester. Exploitation requires access to the containing project but not the restricted component, and exposes component identity, links, and source or translated strings without permitting modification.
