Internal data disclosure via unvalidated instance URLs
Published Jul 13, 2026 · Updated Jul 13, 2026
SSRF in codecentric AG Spring Boot Admin before 4.1.2 allows remote attackers to read internal HTTP responses via instance registration. Registration.checkUrl accepts absolute attacker-controlled URLs without address validation, while the actuator proxy returns the fetched response body. Default deployments expose registration without authentication, placing internal services and cloud metadata reachable from the server at risk.
