Authenticated object CRUD via fail-open permission check
Published Jul 17, 2026 · Updated Jul 17, 2026
Broken access control in Grav Flex-Objects before 1.4.3 allows remote authenticated users to perform unauthorized CRUD through the REST API. FlexApiController::requireFlexPermission returns without denying access when a directory blueprint omits config.admin.permissions. An api.access account can create, read, update, delete, or export objects only from directories with that permission-less configuration.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
