Unauthorized Discord moderation via missing requester checks
Published Jul 17, 2026 · Updated Jul 17, 2026
Missing authorization in OpenClaw before 2026.6.9 allows remote authenticated users to perform unauthorized Discord moderation actions. The moderation-action path executes requests without enforcing the trusted-requester authorization or policy check required for those actions. Exploitation requires the Discord feature to be enabled and reachable from a lower-trust configured input path; trusted operators remain inside the product's trust model.
