Command execution via Git ext transport
Published Jul 13, 2026 · Updated Jul 13, 2026
Command injection in OpenClaw before 2026.6.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute host commands through Git ext transport. The host-exec environment filter does not reject the command-bearing Git ext transport form before passing input to Git. Exploitation requires the affected feature to be enabled and reachable by a lower-trust input path; successful use executes or persists actions outside that caller's intended authorization.
