Policy bypass via blocked WebSocket acceptance

SSRF in browser CDP discovery in OpenClaw before 2026.6.6 allows remote authenticated users to reach blocked network destinations. The discovery path accepts a CDP WebSocket URL after destination policy has blocked it, allowing OpenClaw to connect outside the permitted network boundary. The feature must be enabled and reachable by lower-trust input; authenticated Gateway operators and intentional local execution surfaces remain trusted.
