Local command execution via shell-interpreted media paths

Command injection in ytDownloader 3.20.0 through 3.20.2 allows local users to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted media filename. The Compressor feature interpolates the selected file path and derived output path into one quoted ffmpeg command string, then passes it to child_process.exec, which invokes a shell. Execution requires a user to select or drag the crafted file and start compression on Linux or macOS; injected commands run with that user's privileges.
