Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized registration email
Published Apr 13, 2026 · Updated Apr 13, 2026
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Daily Expense Tracker System 1.1 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data via the email field. register.php inserts the submitted email value directly into an SQL query without sanitization, permitting boolean- and time-based blind SQL payloads. The public registration endpoint requires no login, and successful exploitation exposes database contents and permits unauthorized data changes.
