Encoding denial of service via truncated allocation

Integer overflow in OpenJPEG 2.5.0 through 2.5.4 allows local users to interrupt encoding through crafted image parameters. The opj_pi_initialise_encode function multiplies 32-bit layer and step counts without an overflow check, then allocates the include array using the truncated product. Exploitation requires control of large image dimensions and encoder settings; runtime bounds checks limit the demonstrated result to encoding failure.
