Phishing via post-validation URL decoding
Published Jul 20, 2026 · Updated Jul 20, 2026
Open redirect in HikaShop 6.5.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to send users to external sites through crafted currency-switcher links. The front-end and back-end currency controllers validate the encoded return URL, then decode it for the redirect, so a doubly encoded external address bypasses the safety check. Exploitation requires a user to follow the crafted link and change currency; the flaw enables phishing but does not itself disclose shop data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
