Authenticated data exposure via stale public share

Incorrect authorization in File Browser before 2.63.17 allows remote authenticated users to expose future directory contents. The Bolt share backend passes an unnormalized trailing-slash path to its prefix query before trimming it, so DeleteWithPathPrefix never loads or removes the exact share row. Exploitation requires share, download, and delete permissions plus recreation of the same path; the dormant public URL then discloses new contents without authentication.
