Memory exhaustion via malformed TIFF tile geometry

Memory leak in the TIFF encoder in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-26 and 6.9.13-51 allows local users to increase memory use. The encoder accepts invalid tiff:tile-geometry values and leaves allocated memory unreleased on the resulting error path. Triggering requires a user or application to request TIFF output with malformed tile geometry; repeated processing consumes process memory and degrades availability.
