Unauthenticated database manipulation via unsanitized ID parameter
Published Apr 13, 2026 · Updated Apr 13, 2026
SQL injection in SourceCodester Pharmacy Sales and Inventory System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access or alter database data via the ID parameter. The chk_prod_availability action in ajax.php inserts the unvalidated POST id value directly into an SQL query, enabling boolean-based blind query manipulation. No login or authorization is required, and successful exploitation exposes database contents to reading, modification, or deletion.
