Service interruption via unreleased YUV chroma image

Memory leak in ImageMagick's YUV decoder before 7.1.2-26 and 6.9.x before 6.9.13-51 allows remote attackers to exhaust memory via failed blob opens. The ReadYUVImage error paths release the scanline and main image list but omit DestroyImage for the cloned chroma image when OpenBlob fails. Repeated processing of inputs that force those failures accumulates memory until the hosting process or service is interrupted.
