Authenticated internal-service disclosure via 0.0.0.0 SSRF bypass

SSRF in Directus before 12.0.0 allows remote authenticated users with file-upload rights to read internal service responses. The api/src/request/is-denied-ip.ts blocklist treats 0.0.0.0 as a local-interface keyword but fails to deny that literal destination for /files/import fetches. On Linux and macOS, 0.0.0.0 resolves to localhost, so file-upload permission exposes responses from services reachable only by the Directus host.
