Authentication bypass in AXIS OS 11.11.0 through 11.11.206 and 12.0.0 through 12.11.12 allows remote authenticated users to reach protected functions. Axis names the Device Configuration Framework but has not disclosed the request or validation error that accepts viewer authorization for protected functions. A viewer-privileged service account is required, and published materials do not identify which protected actions become available.
